Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping:

Orders usually take up to 3 - 5 business days (handling time) to be shipped after your order has fully cleared. On holidays or During Sales , please allow up to 4 to 10 (handling time) business days to be shipped.  These are estimates, but can take longer depending on the amount of orders needing to be fulfilled.

USA Shipping Time: 2- 5 business days. Estimated times are not guaranteed.

We offer USPS First Class & Priority Mail.(Shipping times are not guaranteed.)

Fees are Calculated via USPS based the Weight 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Maquillagebymarcel.com you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. 

 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service.  Maquillage by Marcel will not be held responsible for packages that states as delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.
